Rock Paper Sisters
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before using our website, placing a stall order or requesting a catering quote.
Last updated: 26 September 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when using the Rock Paper Sisters website or ordering food, requesting catering or arranging collection or delivery from us.
Rock Paper Sisters prepares and supplies Dabeli, snacks, drinks and catering orders.
Our current service includes pre-order collection and local delivery. We may also operate at markets, pop-ups and private events.
All food is subject to availability.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order, enquiry or catering request does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed only when we have accepted the order and agreed the relevant details.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- an item is unavailable;
- we cannot safely fulfil the order;
- the information provided is incomplete or incorrect;
- the delivery or collection arrangements cannot reasonably be fulfilled; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from preparing the order.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, any amount due back to you will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Delivery charges, minimum order values or catering charges may apply and will be confirmed before an order is accepted.
For catering and larger orders, we may require a deposit or payment in advance.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Because our food is made to order and may be perishable, cancellation rights can differ from those applying to ordinary goods.
For catering or larger advance orders, reasonable cancellation charges may apply where we have already purchased ingredients, started preparation or incurred other costs specifically for the booking.
Any cancellation charge will reflect reasonable costs actually incurred and will not affect your statutory rights. UK consumer guidance states that cancellation charges must be fair and reasonable rather than simply imposed because they appear in the terms.
Collection and delivery
Collection and delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- contact details;
- collection information;
- delivery addresses; and
- access instructions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, inability to access the delivery location or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once food has been collected or delivered, it should be consumed, stored or handled in accordance with any instructions provided.
Allergens and dietary requirements
Customers must tell us about any food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before ordering.
Allergen information for our menu is available on our website and from us directly.
Our kitchen handles allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, cereals containing gluten, milk, sesame, soya and other allergens used in our ingredients.
Although we follow food-safety and allergen-control procedures, food is prepared in a shared environment and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of unintended allergen cross-contact.
If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so that we can provide the available ingredient and allergen information.
For collection and delivery orders, allergen information will be available before ordering and with or at the point the food is supplied, in line with applicable food-information requirements.
Menu descriptions and photographs
Menu descriptions and photographs are provided as a guide.
Because our food is handmade, appearance, portion shape and presentation may vary slightly.
Ingredients, recipes and suppliers may occasionally change. Where this affects allergen information, we will update the relevant information before supplying the food.
Catering bookings
A catering enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
A booking becomes confirmed only once we have agreed the:
- date;
- order;
- quantity;
- price;
- collection or delivery arrangements; and
- payment terms.
Any deposit requirements, cancellation arrangements or other booking-specific terms will be confirmed when the booking is agreed.
Problems with an order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs or other information so that we can investigate the issue.
Your rights and our liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was agreed or for business losses suffered by customers purchasing as consumers.
Using our website and content
The information on our website is provided for general information and ordering purposes.
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, its security, forms, databases or connected services.
Rock Paper Sisters branding, logos, photographs, menu content and original website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may use information supplied through our website to respond to enquiries, manage orders, process catering requests and provide customer service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The terms applying to an order will be those in effect when that order is accepted.
